Two Claret Ash trees were given to us to plant in Federation Park in Kootingal. We had just had some rain so the ground was soft and penetrated.
We had to select places which would not overcroud the Bottle Brush trees and Grevillias already becoming established.
The park was named on 15th November 2001 (Remberance Day) as a Centenary of Federation Project. There is a Time Capsule in the Park to be opened on 15th November 2101.
